Thanks for stopping by and taking a few minutes to get to know me better! My name is Elizabeth Anne and I am 21 years old. I can't write an about me page to save my life so queue the classic bullet points of random facts you probably don't need to know but get to read anyhow.
Jesus// I love Jesus with all my heart! I'm a Christian with many faults but I've been justified by grace through faith in Christ Jesus.
Coffee// Yes, tea is amazing and hot chocolate has its perks, but coffee wins all. No coffee makes for a very unhappy Lizzy.
My daddy// When I was twelve years old, my father died after battling cancer for 14 months. I am open about this fact because it has shaped who I am today and my dad deserves to be remembered. (More on this topic here).
Introvert// Rarely am I seen at parties and more often than not, I would much rather be in my room reading a good book, meeting with a friend one on one at a coffee shop, or enjoying the outdoors with my beloved golden retriever, Murphy.
Books// I'm an avid reader who has spent way too much of her paycheck on books. Really, it's a problem that I doubt will ever be stopped. Once I tried to start a booktube channel, and then failed. Instead I talk nonstop about books to the friends who still have the desire to keep me.
Food// I really like food. Nothing else to say on this matter.
Writing// I don't often share my poetry writing on this blog anymore, but poetry is a big part of expressing my emotions and it just makes me feel really relaxed and happy when I'm doing it.
Washington// I live in the beautiful state of Washington and I am blessed with property full of woods, old logging roads, and a creek to roam around. And no it's not in Seattle. There are other place to live in Washington besides Seattle guys!!
Home Schooled// I grew up home schooled and loved every second of it.
Work// For the past year, I've worked as a barista at a local coffee shop, but I'm soon to become "Miss Elizabeth" as I prepare to become a preschool teacher.
Well, there's some small, and big, facts about me. Now it's your turn. Help me get to know you by leaving a comment below.
With love,
Elizabeth

I'm glad I found your blog (thanks for commenting on mine by the way!). We seem very similar-I love coffee, food, Jesus, writing (I write anything from fiction to poems) and I was homeschooled before I graduated last summer.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see more of your posts. ♥

Hi Elizabeth! I too am a Christian teen who lives in a place in Washington that is not Seattle! Books and Hamilton are amazing. I used to be homeschooled, but switched to a small private school when I started high school. I'll definitely be returning to your blog!

I just found your blog and wanted to say it's absolutely GORGEOUS. I love the header and the colors. Gah, you've blessed my eyes. Also, I am so in love with Hamilton too. It makes me cry so much. :') AND I am totally a night owl. I look over at the clock when it's 12:00 am and think, "Oh, it's not that late." Seriously. It's a problem. Anyway, I can't wait to read more of your posts and see the future of your beautiful blog. <3
